3. ข้อมูลที่แสดงต่อสาธารณะ
หน้าทัวร์นาเมนต์แสดงชื่อแคลน แท็ก โลโก้ ชื่อในเกมของสมาชิก เหรียญ และผลการแข่งขัน เราไม่แสดง Steam ID และช่องทางติดต่อต่อสาธารณะ
4. ผู้ประมวลผลข้อมูลและผู้ให้บริการภายนอก
- Cloudflare — โฮสต์เว็บไซต์และฐานข้อมูล (อาจประมวลผลนอกประเทศไทย)
- SlipOK — ตรวจสอบสลิปโอนเงิน
- Empower Servers — โฮสต์เซิร์ฟเวอร์เกม
- ip-api.com — หาประเทศจากหมายเลข IP ตอนเข้าเซิร์ฟ (ไม่เก็บ IP)
- Google Fonts และ cdnjs — โหลดฟอนต์และสคริปต์ ซึ่งจะเห็นหมายเลข IP ของคุณ
เราไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และไม่ใช้ข้อมูลเพื่อโฆษณา
5. คุกกี้และที่เก็บข้อมูลในเบราว์เซอร์
เราไม่ใช้คุกกี้โฆษณาหรือคุกกี้ติดตาม เว็บเก็บเฉพาะข้อมูลที่จำเป็นในเบราว์เซอร์ของคุณ ได้แก่ ภาษาที่เลือก การรับทราบประกาศนี้ และ (เฉพาะหน้าแอดมิน) รหัสเข้าสู่ระบบระหว่างเปิดแท็บ คุณลบได้ทุกเมื่อจากการตั้งค่าเบราว์เซอร์

7. สิทธิของคุณ
คุณมีสิทธิขอเข้าถึง ขอสำเนา ขอแก้ไข ขอลบ ขอระงับ หรือคัดค้านการใช้ข้อมูล ขอโอนย้ายข้อมูล และถอนความยินยอม ติดต่อเราทาง Discord ด้านบน หากเห็นว่าเราไม่ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย คุณร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (สคส.) ได้
8. ค่าบริการแพลตฟอร์มทัวร์นาเมนต์
ค่าสมัครทัวร์นาเมนต์ (ถ้ามี) เป็นค่าบริการแพลตฟอร์มเพื่อสำรองที่นั่งเข้าร่วมเท่านั้น เงินรางวัลกำหนดโดยผู้จัดและไม่ได้มาจากค่าบริการนี้
9. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย
เราอาจปรับปรุงนโยบายนี้และจะแจ้งวันที่มีผลไว้ที่ด้านบนของหน้านี้

1. Who we are
The admin team of the Rust server "SIX-SEVEN 67" ("we") is the data controller under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). Contact us on Discord: discord.gg/wP9x267kAb
2. What we collect and why

Legal basis: performing the service you asked for (Section 24(3)) and our legitimate interest in preventing fraud and cheating (Section 24(5)).
Slip images go straight to SlipOK for checking and are not stored by us. We keep only the transaction reference and amount.
Player country. When you join, your IP address is sent to ip-api.com to look up your country. We keep only the country name, never the IP, and only admins can see it.
3. What is public
The tournament page shows clan names, tags, logos, members' in-game names, coins and results. Steam IDs and contact details are never shown publicly.
4. Processors and third parties
- Cloudflare — website hosting and database (may process data outside Thailand)
- SlipOK — payment slip verification
- Empower Servers — game server hosting
- ip-api.com — country lookup from your IP when you join (the IP is not stored)
- Google Fonts and cdnjs — fonts and scripts; they see your IP address
We don't sell personal data or use it for advertising.
5. Cookies and browser storage
We use no advertising or tracking cookies. The site only stores what it needs in your browser: your language, that you've seen this notice, and (admin page only) the sign-in key while the tab is open. You can clear these any time in your browser settings.
6. How long we keep data
Order and payment records are kept as long as needed to provide ranks and as proof of payment. Tournament data is kept to show results history. Registrations not paid within the time limit are deleted automatically. You can ask us to delete your data (see section 7).
7. Your rights
You can ask to access, get a copy of, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your data, to move it, and to withdraw consent. Contact us on Discord above. You can also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
8. Tournament platform fee
The tournament entry fee, when there is one, is a platform service fee to reserve a place only. Prizes are set by the organiser and are not funded from this fee.
9. Changes
We may update this policy and will show the effective date at the top of this page.
